Per a comprehensive inspection schedule, alleged construction defects are professionally and impartially inspected. All photographs are labeled, identified and organized in a binder for review. A written survey is also completed for each residence addressing all possible issues that pertain to the entire HVAC system. If necessary, an estimated cost of repairs can also be provided.
